USA CUSTOMERS - IMPORTANT UPDATE

Owing to the tariff increases for selling into the USA and the country of origin of our garments, we have taken the decision to temporarily pause orders to the USA for currently available styles.

We are reviewing our options whilst we find a solution. We hope to be able to continue to provide purchases into the USA free of Duty and import taxes, however this may not be possible until there is a change to the tariffs currently being applied.

Pre-Order items - AW25 New season - we are implementing a change to our fulfilment from AW25 onward - As such, pre-orders can be made by USA customers, however Duties and import taxes will be applied at checkout.

Returns Portal

Returns portal for both UK and international customer returns can be found here.

You will be asked for your full order number (e.g. QOA-OS-12345).

Please enter your account email to locate qualifying orders for return. 

Returns are charged and we offer a choice of DPD or Royal Mail services for UK customers and Fedex for international orders.

Please note: Orders that do not show or show as grey have fallen outside of our returns window as detailed below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday-Friday by our warehouse partner.

Delivery services, for example 'Express 1-2 days' are courier delivery time frames, when collected from our warehouse and not total order delivery time frames.

Orders received before 12noon on shipping days should be dispatched that same day, however this is not guaranteed.

Orders placed after 12noon on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

During sale and promotional periods, increased order volumes may affect dispatch time frames and subsequently delivery.

Please bear this in mind when purchasing for important dates or events and over the weekend.

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent via our shipping partners DPD.

Shipping estimates are taken from the time DPD collect orders from our warehouse.

International Shipping including ROI

We use Fedex to provide express Worldwide shipping services.

These include Fedex priority and a slower Fedex Connect+ service.

Please check below to review shipping times and cost for your location. We are unable to provide alternative services internationally.

EU including ROI - Express 2-3 days depending on delivery zone (from collection by courier):

Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden.

Europe Zone 2 - Express 2-5 days.

Please note duty and fees should not apply to your EU order as we cover these for you, however if you receive notification about fees please contact us at customercare@queensofarchive.com

USA - 2-3 working days (from collection by courier) Duties are taxes are calculated at checkout. 

Australia - 3-5 days (from collection by courier) 

Rest of World (ROW) - 3-5 working days (from collection by courier) Duties are taxes are calculated at checkout. 

EEC - Due to the zonal nature of worldwide shipping, prices vary for other global locations, please check the price of shipping at checkout.

International Currencies - Please note, we offer the following currency payments through our checkout (AUD, CAD, CNY, DKK,  EUR, HKD, INR, JPY, NZD, SEK, USD). If you select your local currency for payment, the price for the total of the checkout including shipping will be an automatic conversion by the merchant to the GBP equivalent. 

Please note, local import duty and taxes may still be applied to your order if outside of the UK (in particular the USA - see note above). These import charges are based on the order value and will be unique to the importing country. Charges will be handled by by our global shipping partners and will be required upfront at checkout, in order to clear customs. We are not able to liaise with your local customs department to facilitate or clear an import once held at customs.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  1. Non UK customers contact us to register your wish to exchange or return your item.
  2. Your return is within 14 days of the day you receive your item.
  3. The item is returned in its original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags in place.
  4. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or an equally secure outer box.
  5. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays processing the return or receipt of the package by us.

We recommend sending your returns to us via a tracked or signed for service to ensure we receive it. We cannot issue refunds for items we have not received and processed.

We will then be in touch with you to provide you with the return instructions which state that you are free to send back the item via your own method, as long as the above criteria is met. 

Please note - our refund processing time for international orders may be up to 10 days from receipt into our return address.

Return Costs

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred in a purchase. 

We aim to be able to offer free returns as we grow however unfortunately this is not an option for us at this time.

With this in mind, please carefully consider your purchase prior to payment using the size guide, product detail information (on each product page) or by contacting us to answer any questions you have.  

Refunds

Refunds issued (minus original shipping and return costs, if applicable) may take up to 10 working days for the return to be processed on receipt and a further 5 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

We withhold the right to refuse refunds should the return criteria not be met for personal, non-commercial purchases.

Suspected Copyright Infringement / Commercial Purchases

We withhold the right to refuse refunds should the purchase be, suspected or proven, a commercial purchase(s) that have the potential for copyright infringement or unauthorised commercial benefit from our products/designs. This includes any element of a design, including pattern, print, colouration, fabrication or construction.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. Our limited edition production and  distribution centre mean that exchange processing is not possible. The only way to change your purchase is to start a refund on your original purchase and make a new purchase for the preferred product.
