I've placed my order, when will it be shipped?

Our orders are processed and dispatched by our warehouse partner. Orders placed before 12 noon are normally dispatched to the selected courier the same day.

Please note: The estimated shipping timeframes at checkout are from courier collection from our warehouse partner. Please allow for this for time critical orders.

At sale or promotional times, fulfilment of your order may be delayed. 

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday-Friday by our warehouse partner.

Delivery services, in particular UK 1-2 Business days are courier delivery time frames and not total order to delivery time frames.

Orders received before 12noon on shipping days should be dispatched that same day, however this is not guaranteed.

Orders placed after 12noon on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Please bear this in mind when purchasing for important dates or events and over the weekend.

 

Will my International order have additional Customs Duties or import taxes/tariffs?

We cover all of customs duties and taxes for international orders.


What is your made to order service?

Alongside our normal limited run dresses, we are launching a super exclusive run of  made to order dresses in select styles. The dresses will be available to order (pre-order) and will stop as soon as the allocated amount of orders is reached. The low numbers will be limited by the amount of printed fabric we have and will help us reach our zero waste goals whilst providing you with a truly unique and one of a kind dress.

Why do you offer pre-order?

We want to be able to make sure we minimise waste by making sure we produce as close to what is needed as possible. Pre-order enables us to help reach our zero waste goals at the same time as creating exclusivity, meaning every purchase is only even one of a small number.

How many of each dress will you make?

All of our dresses are exclusive, limited editions. The quantities will vary by each dress and depend on a number of factors. You can rest assured you'll be wearing an exclusive, slow fashion showstopper.

How are you sustainable? 

We believe in taking things slow. Our limited run dresses are produced with great care to make sure they stay in your wardrobe as long as possible. Some of our investment pieces are produced in alternative luxe fabrications in ethical factories that support and invest in their predominantly female workforce. 

Sustainability is hugely important to us, and we’ll be constantly trying to improve our practices across the board as we grow. 

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes we do. We have partnered with DHL to offer DHL Express Worldwide shipping. We currently cannot ship to Russia.

What type of shipping options do you offer?

For the UK we offer express shipping. This service delivers within 1-2 business days from the collection of your order from our warehouse by your selected courier.

For the most of Europe this means 2-3 days delivery, with the US taking 2-3 business days and Australia 3+ days.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. 

Can I cancel my pre-order before it ships?

Yes you can. We understand you may change your mind before we can ship the item. If you do, email us at customercare@queensofarchive.com and we’ll sort the rest.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer exchanges. Our limited edition production and order handling via our warehouse partner means that exchange processing is not possible. The only way to change your purchase is to start a refund on your original purchase and make a new purchase for the preferred product.

Can I return my purchase?

You can return your item by contacting us at customercare@queensofarchive.com within 14 days of receipt of the item. The dress must be unworn, in its original condition with tags and labels in their original state. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on our return policy.

Are Returns free?

We are not currently able to offer free returns. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on our return policy.

The cost of the return is covered by the customer.

What currencies can I pay in?

We offer multiple currencies for payment. Please note, if you change your shipping country during checkout, this may affect the currency you pay in. You’ll be able to double check the country selected at the bottom of the website, should the geo location not identify your correct location.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment service which allows you to pay for your purchase in 3 equal monthly instalments. Klarna is available on both pre-order purchases and normal purchases. Please note the Klarna button will not appear on pre-order product pages, but it will appear at the payment section of your transaction.

When opting to utilise the Klarna service, your payment contract is taken with Klarna via your Klarna account which you will create, if you are a new user. For more information please visit the Klarna website.

What is Clearpay?

Clearpay allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free*. With Clearpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

First-time customers will need to create a Clearpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. For online orders, the goods will be shipped to you by the retailer after checkout.
